The hotel has a great location, just a stone's throw from the main ski lifts and right in the heart of the village, which made everything super convenient. While the rooms were cozy, they were on the smaller side, especially with our bags. The staff was quite mixed, with a rather unfriendly encounter upon arrival; however, one person did step up to help us out later. Overall, it was decent value for money, but the service could definitely improve.
